On 1 January 2012 Boekel's Board of Directors had a change of personnel and now consists of Frederieke Leeflang (partner, EU & Competition) and Paul Wanders (partner, Real Estate).
Frederieke became a member of the board in September 2011, succeeding Ferdinand Mason (partner, M&A/Capital Markets), who works from our London office. She is now the chair of the board. Together with Paul Wanders, Frederieke has succeeded Hester Uhlenbroek and Wouter Jongepier, who will be fully focusing on their respective Employment Law and Restructuring & Insolvency practices.
