Boekel has advised OCS Nederland B.V. (part of the OCS group) on the sale and transfer of certain assets and liabilities, including all of OCS Nederland's 650 employees, to CSU Cleaning Services B.V. The OCS group and CSU are both active in many areas of the cleaning industry. Pursuant to this transaction, the OCS group has disposed of its Dutch cleaning activities and CSU has enhanced its position on the Dutch market.
With approximately 11.000 employees in 34 branches in theNetherlands, CSU is one of the largest Dutch companies in the cleaning and security business. The OCS group has its headquarters in theUnited Kingdom, but acts as a facility services provider around the globe and employs over 63,000 people.
