Albert Flesseman has been working in the Real Estate Department
of Boekel Van Empel & Drilling, now Boekel, since he qualified
in 1975, and has been a partner since 1981.
He specialises in real estate law including landlord and tenant,
sale/purchase, general law of obligations. Albert focuses on
advising and litigating on behalf of institutional or other types
of investors (pension funds and insurance companies), listed real
estate funds, project developers, chain stores and the largest real
estate agencies in the Netherlands.
He regularly publishes articles regarding the aforementioned
subjects and gives lectures at seminars organised by publishers
such as Euroform and Kluwer on landlord and tenant law in respect
of business premises. He is a lecturer in landlord and tenant law
at the University of Amsterdam, for the benefit of the Amsterdam
School of Real Estate to which he is also connected as
'fellow'.

ranked in the prestigious category 'Senior
Statesman'.
