Alexandra Weidner advises national and international companies on various (international) contracts such as agency, distribution and franchise agreements, sale/purchase agreements and general conditions and the use thereof. Also e-commerce, consumer and liability law as well as international private law matters related to the afore mentioned agreements are dealt with frequently. Alexandra Weidner is native German-speaking. As a member of Boekel's German practice group she also advises companies in German-speaking countries. She is a member of the German-Dutch Lawyers Association (DNRV) and the Association for distribution, franchise and agency law (DFA).

Alexandra  successfully completed the Grotius specialisation course on national and international contracts in 2007.

She is a teacher at NEVI (the Dutch Procurement Management Association) and co-editor on behalf of Boekel of Rechtspraak Contractenrecht (Contract Case Law), with analyses of recent judgments and advice for the legal practice in the field of contract law.
