Annemarie Roukema has been working as a lawyer at Boekel De Nerée since 2010. Before joining the Employment Law practice group, she has been working within Boekel's Corporate/M&A practice.

Annemarie is involved in all aspects of employment law (advisory as well as litigation). She more specifically focuses on reorganizations and employee participation, in connection with (amongst others) mergers and acquisitions. In this context Annemarie has experience with all aspects of transfer of undertaking and harmonization of terms of employment as part of such transactions.
