Anouk Rosielle is part of Boekel's Corporate Litigation team. Anouk advises and litigates in corporate disputes, including shareholders' disputes, reorganisations and director's liability. Anouk regularly advises and litigates in commercial disputes.

Anouk forms part of Boekel's civil antitrust litigation team that has expert knowledge of international developments in civil antitrust litigation. The team consists of lawyers of both the EU & Competition and the Corporate Litigation department. Recent representations include a large airline in defence of a EUR 400 million antitrust damages claim, a large Dutch construction company in its claim against Shell and several other ongoing cases.

Anouk worked at Boekel's London office from May 2011 to November 2012.

Anouk is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law. She writes for the legal magazine Rechtspraak Ondernemingsrecht.
