Ariën van Heesen is a partner in the Real Estate practice group, where he specialises in commercial real estate and real estate finance transactions. Ariën has experience in the field of commercial, as well as residential real estate, hotels, logistic and industrial real estate, and advises businesses, government agencies, private equity houses and banks on a wide range of real estate and real estate finance related matters. Ariën also has experience with sale and lease back transactions and distressed assets solutions, including auction work, private sales, STAK and silo structures and bricks through loans and bricks through shares deals.

Ariën followed the specialist course in Real Estate Law at Grotius Academie and is a member of the Royal Netherlands Notarial Organisation.
