Eugenie Nunes became a member of the Bar in 1992. She
specialises in employment law and employees' participation. In her
practice she concentrates on individual and collective dismissal,
reorganisations and cross-border employment. An important component
of her practice is advising on the employee aspects of mergers,
acquisitions and outsourcing projects. She is also regularly
involved in advising in disputes on employees' participation and
collective bargaining agreements.
Eugenie is a substitute-judge at the District Court inThe Hague
(cantonal division). She has various publications to her name in
