Femke Rasenberg started her work as an attorney at Boekel in
2004. After working for a while in the European and Competition Law
practice group, she specialised in procurement law and building law
in 2006. At the end of 2008 she switched to the Bond van
Nederlandse Architecten (Netherlands Association of Architects),
where she advised clients about calls for tenders and architects
about their tenders and (legal) possibilities. She was also closely
involved in the drafting of the new Dutch Procurement Act and the
related supporting policy. Femke also contributed to the Awarding
of Contracts Guidelines of the Regieraad Bouw and, together with
Architectuur Lokaal and the Government Buildings Agency, among
others, developed a digital guideline for the contracting of
architects' services. In 2011 Femke returned to Boekel, where she
now manages the Procurement Law practice group.
Femke is vice chairman of the Board of the Institute for
Building Law and an expert in the Commission of Procurement
Experts. Furthermore she is a member of the Netherlands Association
of Procurement Lawyers and the Netherlands Association of Building
Lawyers.
