Frederieke Leeflang has been working for Boekel De Nerée since 1994, and has been a partner since 1 January 2002. Since September 2011, she is managing partner of Boekel.

From January 1998 to March 1999, Frederieke worked for the legal services department of the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa) and gained a great deal of experience in the field of Dutch and European competition law. Her practice concentrates on advising and litigating before the Netherlands Competition Authority, the European Commission and the Dutch civil courts on behalf of companies and associations of undertakings. She regularly advises on matters involving infringement, cartel bans, abuse of dominant positions and merger control. She has a great deal of experience in advising organisations on emerging collaborations and strategic alliances and the evolving legal implications from competition law. Furthermore, she has specific expertise in private enforcement actions. She advises companies on European law, including state aid and public procurement. Frederieke is also very active in the health care sector.

Frederieke's articles are regularly published in "Markt & Mededinging" and "Actualiteiten Mededingingsrecht". She also lectures at various training institutes and regularly gives presentations to clients. She is a board member of Stichting Keurmerk Goede Doelen and board member of the Vereniging voor Mededingingsrecht. Since June 2012 she is a board member of the Stichting AMC Foundation and as of October member of the board of trustees CIZ.
