On 1 August 2011, Frederieke joined Boekel. Before that, Frederieke worked for another large law firm in Amsterdam.

Frederieke has specialised in corporate/M&A issues. She advises Dutch as well as foreign (publicly listed) companies in the area of Dutch law in relation to corporate governance, strategic business law issues, and general business law. She also provides advice in connection with (international) acquisitions, mergers, breakups, restructuring and joint-ventures.
