Hans Nicaise has been a lawyer in the field of construction law, project development and public/private partnership since 1982. He is involved in drafting contracts for the development and realisation of large-scale projects in the construction of utilities and residential buildings, as well as litigation in these fields. He regularly writes articles and gives courses on these subjects.
