Hans Sachse has been a partner with Boekel since 1988. He heads the Banking & Finance practice group and his specialties include financial supervisory legislation, in particular legislation regarding banks, stock markets, listed companies, securities institutions, investment institutions, insurers, pension funds and financial service providers. Aside from advising and litigating in matters involving financial regulations he often acts within the framework of private financial transactions.

Hans' articles are regularly published in various national and international trade journals. In 1999 he was one of the advisers for the Securities Law Association. He is also the author of several articles in the field of banking and financial issues and teaches at the Academy for applied law.
