Ilse Marye has been working as a candidate civil-law notary at
Boekel since 1 April 2008. As a member of the
Corporate/M&A-team she focuses on the notarial aspects of Dutch
and international business law, including the incorporation of
companies, amendments to articles of association, business
restructuring, (re)financing, reorganizations, (cross
border)mergers, split-offs, (joint venture)articles of association,
share transfers and share pledging. Ilse Marye has been involved in
a number of take overs, reorganisations and mergers.
Ilse Marye is fluent in the Dutch, English and Germany
language.
