Jan ter Meer works in the Insurance Law department. He is experienced in court-proceedings and arbitration (national and international) in matters concerning (general) liability and all areas of insurance law. He also advises the lawyers of the department on the above-mentioned areas of work.

Jan has been a partner of the firm since 1989. He obtained a doctorate (cum laude) in 1993 from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is arbitrator with the NAI. From 2000 until 2004 he was part of the Board of Boekel De Nerée, first as member and subsequently as Managing Partner.
