Jeroen den Hamer has worked as a lawyer within Boekel's
Banking & Finance practice group since November 2007. Jeroen
focuses on the advising of financial regulators, banks, isurers and
investment institutions, as well as on litigating in the field of
financial law. Jeroen is also experienced in advising on
cross-border financing and various types of structured and insured
financing transactions.
Jeroen graduated in Dutch law from the University of Utrecht in
2002 and participated in several financial and economic courses at
the Nyenrode Business University.
Before joining Boekel, Jeroen worked as a legal counsel for a
Dutch bank/insurer and advised on financial law issues in a broad
sense. He was also a sparring partner for compliance offers, the
management team and the board.
Jeroen is a member of the Dutch Association for Securities
Law.
Jeroen worked at Boekel's London office from March
2012 to August 2012.
