Jeroen van den Hamer is a partner in the Real Estate
practice group, where he specialises in commercial real estate,
setting up real estate development structures, and fund formation.
Within the commercial real estate sector, his primary focus is on
(turnkey) transactions and the development of specific projects and
Jeroen is a member of the executive board of the Urban Land
Institute (ULI) since January 2012 and is also a participant in the
'Watertoren' consultations and the leading legal group at the DGBC
(Dutch Green Building Council). He has also been a (guest) lecturer
in the area of project and location focused development at the
Institute for Building Law and OSR Legal Study Programmes.
Jeroen is also a member of the Association of Young Real Estate
Jurists, the Association of Building Law Lawyers, the Association
of Rent Law Lawyers and Corenet.
