Karen Six-Hummel has been a lawyer with Boekel for more than 30 years and as such has extensive experience in the area of commercial property law in general and landlord and tenant law in particular.

Karen is co-editor of the magazine Landlord and Tenant Law and the handbook Landlord and Tenant Law, member of the Lawyers Association for Landlord and Tenant Law. She regularly teaches the subject Landlord and Tenant Law at institutes for continuing education for judges, lawyers and real estate agents. Since 2005 she was acting as deputy justice to the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam. Since February 2013 she is deputy justice to the Court of Appeal in 's-Hertogenbosch.
