Lisette Bieleveld advises and litigates on behalf of domestic and international companies with regard to agency, franchise and distribution contracts, (international) sale/purchase transactions (including general conditions), consumer law and liability law.

She also advises and litigates on IT and e-commerce and advises on international privacy compliance, outsourcing, software and hardware sales, software licensing and distribution issues and on failed IT projects.

She specialises in civil, civil procedural, international private law and ICT and privacy law.
