Marc Elshof is part of Boekel's Corporate Litigation team since October 2007. Marc advises and litigates in corporate disputes, including disputes between companies and their shareholders as well as in disputes regarding directors' liability. His clients are national and international (listed) companies and their Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards. The proceedings in which Marc is involved include both proceedings before the national courts (including proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal) and (international) arbitration proceedings.

Marc furthermore frequently advises and litigates in the field of insolvency law. In that context he represents directors and (secured) creditors in disputes with liquidators and administrators.

Marc is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association, the NAI Jong Oranje and the Dutch Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law.
