Marc Kuijper is a lawyer who specialises in European and Dutch competition law. Next to that he has experience in European and public procurement law.

Marc forms part of Boekel's civil antitrust litigation team  that has expert knowledge of international developments in civil antitrust litigation. The team consists of lawyers of both the EU & Competition and the Corporate Litigation department. Recent representations include a large airline in defence of a EUR 400 million antitrust damages claim, a large Dutch construction company in its claim against Shell and several other ongoing cases.

Marc is a member of the Association for Competition Law (VvM), the Dutch Association for European Law (NVER) and the Dutch Association of Public Procurement Law (NVvA). Marc regularly publishes in legal journals on Dutch and European competition law and is co-author of the quarterly contribution on competition law in Ars Aequi, the largest legal journal of the Netherlands. Next to that, Marc is a guest lecturer at Utrecht University on private enforcement of competition law.

Marc worked at Boekel's London office from November 2011 to May 2012.
