Nanouck Schmeitz has worked as an attorney since 2004. Before joining Boekel De Nerée, she worked for more than four years at a large international law firm in Rotterdam.

She specialises in employment law and is involved in all aspects of that area of the law (advisory and litigation practice). Nanouck particularly advises in the field of reorganisations and employee participation. An important component of her practice is advising on the employee aspects of merger and acquisitions.

Nanouck successfully completed the Post-Academic Specialisation Course in Employment Law (PALA) and she is a member of the European Employment Lawyer Association (EELA). She regularly publishes on employment law subjects in journals and newsletters and organises workshops and training courses at employers. Besides that she is a lecturer at the "Academie voor de Rechtspraktijk".
