Having studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam, Philip
Reeser Cuperus joined the Banking & Finance practice of Boekel
in April 2005.
Philip specialises in litigation and advice relating to matters
of financial law in the broadest sense, including regulations
relating to banks, stock exchanges, listed companies, investment
firms, insurers, pension funds and financial service providers. He
is also experienced in advising on cross-border secured financing
and various types of structured finance transactions.
Philip is a member of the Dutch Association for Securities Law,
he regularly publicizes in national and international financial law
journals and in 2011 he graduated (cum laude) from the Financial
law specialist programme at the Grotius Academy.
