Sabine Schutgens has worked at Boekel since 1 January 2005. She focuses on the notarial aspects of business law, including the incorporation of companies, amendments to Articles of Incorporation, business restructuring, financing/refinancing, reorganizations, mergers, joint venture and other Articles of Incorporation, share transfers and pledging. She is also involved in real estate, in particular advising on and supervising the transfer of commercial real estate. Her work also includes the creation of financial security and the performance of due diligence investigations.
