Shulamith van der Hart focuses on the settlement of disputes in and between companies and is also regularly appointed as a trustee in bankruptcies. Shulamith is also involved in conducting the defense in several high profile fraud cases and assists victims of crimes. Before joining Boekel in 2006, Shulamith worked as a researcher at Eurojust, the EU agency for judicial cooperation.
