Wendela Raas specialises in commercial tenancy law and litigates and advises on topics such as defects, renovations, performance-linked rent, green lease and rent reviews. Her clients include institutional investors, project developers, chain stores and estate agents. Wendela is also involved in general real estate law, including purchases and sales.

She publishes and teaches regularly in the field of landlord and tenant law. Wendela is also a board member of the Netherlands Association of Landlord and Tenant Lawyers and is part of the editorial committee of WR, 'Tijdschrift voor Huurrecht', a leading journal dealing with landlord and tenant law. As a specialised lawyer she is a member of the Advisory Committee on Landlord and Tenant Legislation established by the Netherlands Bar Association.

Wendela has been a partner with Boekel since November 2010 and is head of the Real Estate Practise since January 2012. Before joining Boekel she was a partner at Lexence N.V.
