Wouter Jongepier has been a partner with Boekel since 1993. He is an experienced litigator on corporate litigation and insolvency matters. He advises on reorganisations, company restarts and directors liability issues. On a regular basis Wouter represents shareholders, supervisory boards and management boards in conflicts on corporate issues. He often appears before the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam.

Wouter is a member of the INSOLAD insolvency specialists association. He is an editor of one of the leading Dutch magazines on insolvency law and a board member of Amsterdam's oldest lawyers' society (Praktizijns-sociëteit). Wouter regularly gives lectures on insolvency law. He is also consul for Iceland.
