Boekel advises Healthcare at Home on acquisition by Vitruvian Partners
Boekel advises the Dutch legal entity Healthcare at Home on the Dutch law aspects of the acquisition by Vitruvian Partners of a majority interest in its share capital. Healthcare at Home has around 1,000 employees and is one of Britain's largest providers of in-home medical care. The investment, along with GBP 100 million refinancing by RBS and HSBC, will enable Healthcare at Home to expand.

The report’s quantitative indicators are intended to inform policy discussions and research on how to improve women’s economic inclusion.

Frederieke became a member of the board in September 2011, succeeding Ferdinand Mason (partner, M&A/Capital Markets), who is Head of International Strategy at the London office.
